Heart Health and Tomatoes

UC Davis Nutrition Scientists are looking for healthy people for a research study to examine the cardiovascular effects of processed tomato products for 6 weeks.

This study requires up to 9 visits to the CTSC-Clinical Research Center located at the Sacramento VA Medical Center in Mather, CA.

Qualifications for this study include:

  • Over 18 years old
  • Overweight (Body Mass Index of 25-35 kg/m2) (calculate your BMI here)

You will receive:

  • Compensation for time and travel
  • Copies of blood pressure and heart rate results, dietary analysis and standard lab results
